Persada Ilmu Gemilang.

" Kami generasi harapan,
menjunjung citra mulia,
berdisiplin ketrampilan,
mercu tanda kejayaan,
perkasakan jati diri,
cemerlangkan akademik,
iltizam menuju jaya,
ikrarku padamu,
Kolej Matrikulasi Johor,
wahana ilmu berzaman,
majukan bangsa dan negara,
Tuhan berkatilah,
bersamalah dijayakan,
wawasan negara murni,
aspirasi kolej dihayati,
Persada Ilmu Gemilang. "

I've been singing this song for a year. This was a place where my life journey began.

After SPM, I pursued my study here.
Johor Matriculation College located in Tangkak, Johor.

Actually, that is my introduction for my topic.
My topic is about the difference between matriculation programme, diploma, fundamental (asasi), and Form 6 (STPM).

I admit that when I was in school, I am very scared of hear the words of MATRICULATION.

Let me make it crystal clear..

Matriculation & fundamental (ADVANTAGES):
* special program designed to enable students to skip diploma programme.
* known as fast track
* took a degree in early young age between 19 and 21
* enter the world of work at an early age.
* short learning period between 1 to 2 years.

Diploma :
* open to all SPM candidates.
* long learning period of 3 years.
* can plan their careers from the outset.
more valuable than a certificate of matriculation.

STPM :
* pre-university examination taken by students in Malaysia.
* internationally recognised by many universities
* examination results under the new STPM assessment system will be MONITORED by a representative from CAMBRIDGE ASSESSMENT to maintain standards and quality.

Man often said that matriculation is a very hard place that you need to struggle to the end.
I am not very agree with that statement.
This is because everywhere, no matter you study in diploma, matriculation programme or STPM, all three are equally difficult if you do not know how to allocate time.

That's all. Thank you.
